Join Defense Alliance, the DoW Office of Strategic Capital, and the U.S. Small Business Administration for an informational webinar on the new Small Business Investment Company Critical Technologies Initiative (SBICCT). The SBICCT initiative is a partnership between the SBA and DoW whose mission is to strengthen the defense industrial base by aligning small business innovation, private capital, and DoW priorities. It expands access to financing to funds that invest in critical technologies, accelerates the transition of emerging technologies into defense applications, and improves collaboration among small businesses, prime contractors, and investors. 

By reducing barriers to commercialization, and creating clearer pathways from innovation to adoption, the initiative supports a more resilient, innovative, and inclusive defense ecosystem. Attendees will get to hear why this initiative exists, an overview of the program, and outcomes.
