Defense Alliance works with a lot of small businesses that want to do more in the defense market; or that contribute elsewhere, and want to enter the market. The reasons range from a desire for growth to seeking an early adopter for a new innovation to genuine interest in contributing to the effectiveness and safety of our Warfighters. But a key frustration doesn’t vary: getting stuck at ground zero, or remaining on an existing plateau of sales. When we consult with these companies the strategies for success differ, of course.
